We have all experienced dark times, or we will at some time in our life. You know those times. The lights are out when the fog is thick; hope seems gone. The times when confusion is hard to unravel. When you feel afraid, you are not alone. Life is not always easy, but we are not alone.
We share some common needs in everyday life, and we can find ourselves struggling to meet these needs. Life is not always easy. Sometimes, staying alive is tough. Sometimes love can’t be felt, and we don’t know where we belong. We can lose our freedoms and have no idea how to set boundaries. We can feel powerless, even though we do have the power within us. Fun is a foreign concept at times. But…even when we are lost, there is hope. There is a way. There is help.
We can come out of the dark!
And to top it off, we can see the hope we bring to others when we fight our battles, learn to let go, give ourselves hope, and help. We are a living example while we get through the battles and the darkness we find ourselves in. We live and create and leave a legacy. We create lessons for those around us. We make it through, and so do they! All because we are here. We share our experiences. We finally see the light! There is light. There is hope. We may be that light and hope for others without even knowing it.
