Do you ever feel like you need hope?
Do things feel overwhelming today?
We all need hope and have days when life seems overwhelming.
There is hope. Never give up. Reach out.
If you struggle to meet one or more of The 5 Needs, and struggling. Get help.
Sit with yourself. Talk with a friend or counselor. Just do whatever you need to help yourself; you are worth it.
Sometimes we struggle to stay alive. Sometimes we get hurt while looking for love. Sometimes love hurts (like when we grieve for one we lost).
Sometimes we are disappointed in relationships.
Sometimes we do not feel love, even when it is there inside of us or around us.
Sometimes we we don’t feel like we belong and forget we really do.
Sometimes we get lost and lose our boundaries and freedom.
Sometimes we forget about the power we really do have in our life.
Sometimes we need a reminder. Sometimes we need to discover our power.
Sometimes we lack fun, and that can lead to depression or even anxiety.
Sometimes, like is tricky and hard.
Sometimes life is fun and easy, and we live to our fullest.
Sometimes we walk in our power and have peace, courage, and wisdom.
Sometimes we have our boundaries working for us, and we are living from a mindset of freedom, not restriction.
Sometimes we are healthy. Sometimes we are sick.
Some days are sunny; some days are cloudy.
The point is that life changes, and how we meet our needs can change too.
Never give up.
Learn to be gentle with yourself.
